Biography
Wei joined the lab in August 2019 as a postdoc fellow. She received a PhD in Microbiology/Medical Virology at Wuhan University. She is interested in developing epigenetic and transcriptomic methods and using new technologies to study episomal/viral DNA transcription restriction mechanisms in the cell nucleus. In 2023, she became a PI at Guangzhou Medical University. She is still a visiting scientist in the lab.
